Reporting to the Executive Director this is an exciting time to join YHA as Director of Property and will enable the successful candidate to lead the strategic development of YHA’s Property Estate.

Optimising YHA assets, leading on commercial property negotiations for acquisitions/disposals and ensuring that YHA achieves best value you will ensure that our customers have access to a high quality, compliant and reliable hostel network.

Leading a team of 16 covering Estate Management, Property Development and Facilities Management you will be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing visionary leadership and promoting an ethos of high performance and continuous improvement, driving a step change in the performance, and helping us deliver our transformational goals.
