Our homes are located across Cumbria, south Lanarkshire, the north-east and Northumberland, with a world of opportunities on our doorstep. Many have easy access to woodlands, rivers, fells and lakes, and some are even situated on working farms.

Many of our colleagues share a love of nature and the outdoors. Some are also experienced in taking part in outdoor activities. However, this experience is not necessary as we have a team of qualified outdoor instructors who take the lead. All that is needed is a willingness to motivate and encourage our children to try something new and embrace their opportunities.

Most of our children will have had limited previous experience of a rural environment. This provides us with a highly rewarding opportunity to share in their trepidation, excitement and delight as they explore new experiences.
