‘’I am very proud of our Maintenance Department, we all work very hard, embrace change as required and ensure that at all times we work as an integral part of the University as a whole. The UEA is a very busy campus, and our team look after everything from student accommodation, catering facilities, a sports centre, art gallery, laboratories, lecture theatres and offices that all need to be maintained and kept looking their best.

I joined the University about seven years ago and I thoroughly enjoy the sense of purpose and feel that I can apply my trade in an environment that benefits so many young people who are at the very start of their career and quite often at a real turning point in their lives.

The UEA has a genuine impact on the lives of our students, so I am looking for an enthusiastic inspirational leader who shares our core values and vision.

The UEA is a vibrant and exciting place to work. The campus is set in over 300 acres of beautiful countryside, and there is a real and tangible feeling of community. The Estates and Facilities Division is about to embark on a comprehensive refurbishment and development programme that will see the biggest changes and improvements to the Universities built estate, since it was founded over 50 years ago.
