Headteacher
The Headteacher is expected to be a visionary leader who inspires and motivates colleagues to consistently provide outstanding teaching and learning. The Headteacher is expected to be a clear thinker and a good communicator who engenders respect and trust throughout the school and is able to plan and deliver improvements through effective management and delegation while also leading by example. The Headteacher will work closely with the governing body to ensure all children are eager to learn, reach their full potential, and grow as emotionally intelligent young citizens.
The Headteacher will have an optimistic, ‘can-do’ attitude with high expectations of themselves as well as of colleagues, parents and the pupils. The Headteacher will be welcoming, approachable and personable, as is appropriate for a school that is held in high esteem by parents and the local community. They will also ensure the school is outward facing, working with other schools and organisations to champion best practice and secure excellent achievements for all pupils.

Salary
L21 – L31 (£65,384 - £83,528). The starting salary will be negotiable dependent upon experience.
