A comprehensive and easy to follow introduction to whole-house retrofit. Learners will gain an understanding of what domestic retrofit is, what it is supposed to achieve, what you need to know when working in the industry, and what to look out for when installing energy efficiency measures in homes.
For those who are new to the world of domestic retrofit, or those who may have some experience in energy efficiency projects already, as well as for organisations who want their employees to have an awareness of domestic retrofit principles and practices.

Retrofit Advisors are the first point of contact in a customer’s retrofit journey, advising and supporting the process with a customer-first approach. Learners will gain detailed knowledge of the retrofit sector, the roles within, and how to deliver best-in-class retrofit advice.

An essential qualification for aspiring and qualified retrofitters, as well as construction and housing professionals, to ensure they are able to work on both PAS 2035 and PAS 2038 compliant retrofit projects.
This course is designed for Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators, Designers and Evaluators working on traditional and protected buildings within risk pathways B & C, meeting the requirements set out in both the PAS 2035 and PAS 2038 standards.
The role of a Retrofit Assessor is to survey properties and prepare a report in-line with a Retrofit Coordinator’s requirements. Learners will be provided with full training and support on how to conduct a detailed retrofit assessment.

Retrofit Coordinators manage the PAS 2035 process throughout a project. Crucially, the Retrofit Coordinator ensures compliance with the procurement, specification, and delivery of measures in all domestic retrofit projects.
