You will receive a range of benefits as an employee, many of which are flexible and allow you to choose what is right for you and your lifestyle.

Pay and Pension

Your salary is determined by the grade and associated pay range of your role. Salaries are reviewed annually in the annual pay review and any changes are applied from 1 April each year. Your pay is made up of a basic salary of £105,000.

When you join the Commission, you will become a member of the Civil Service Pension Scheme. The current contribution rates at this salary level are 7% employee and 30% (£31,500) Further details can be found on the Civil Service Pension Scheme website.

Holiday

As an employee you will receive a minimum of 26 days paid holiday per year, increasing to 29 days after 2 years of continuous service, and the option to buy up to 5 additional days holiday per year.
