Workplace Wellbeing Charter

Tewkesbury Borough Council has been accredited by Healthy Workplaces Gloucestershire (Healthy Workplaces - Home), the national accreditation standard that recognises an organisation’s commitment to improving the lives of those who work there. They received the foundation accreditation on Tuesday, 7 June 2022, followed by the enhanced accreditation on Monday, 24 October 2022, after an extensive process of site visits, evidence gathering, staff interviews and a final assessment.

With this accreditation, they are proud to say that they are leading a healthy and happy workforce.
