Salary to £104,464 (plus generous pension & benefits)

Southend-on-Sea is one of the UK’s newest cities with a Council vision to innovate, embrace connection and seek opportunity. As our new Director of People and Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future organisation.

We are looking for someone who can work strategically and ensure delivery of our major transformation and people programmes, build alliances and relationships across the organisation and inspire and create excitement about the future.
