What are we trying to Achieve?
We are building a new tech and development hub in Central Birmingham which will enable greater development capacity in order to deliver greater change on the end to end digital Sea shipping platform. We have exciting and ambitious plans for the platform and the opportunities are endless.
You will be joining the business at an exciting time where we are building a new multi discipline team of technologists who want to achieve greatness together, utilising modern cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. These include but are not limited to:

A message from our Head of Engineering / Birmingham Office James Spencer
Hello, my name is James Spencer and I am Head of Engineering and Head of the Birmingham office. Before joining Sea, I was the CIO of LoveHoney and prior to that, the CTO of Claire’s Accessories where I was largely responsible for building high performing technology teams, undertaking greenfield technology builds and complete digital transformation programme execution.
This is an exceptionally exciting time for us!
