What to expect from Induction Training!
Firstly - Yes, you do get to eat lots of chocolate during training! You will join a two-week course with up to five others where you will learn the basics of how to process our customer contacts via email. This will include learning all about our business, our products (that’s where the chocolate tasting comes in), and how we like to interact with our customers. Once you’re ready you will start answering customer emails, initially with the support of their training team, and then alongside your colleagues in the contact center.
Once you’ve built up some experience with email contacts, they'll give you some extra training around handling phone calls, and then you’ll be able to speak to the customers as well as write to them.
Every step of the way our training team and senior agents will be there to help and support you, but before you know it, you’ll be an experienced agent keeping the chocolate flowing and spreading the joy of the products to customers far and wide.
