Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust operates Hospital, Clinical and Administrative Estate across both Counties and we run a large in-house Estates and Facilities Team delivering Cleaning, Catering, Portering and Maintenance Services, all with the aim of providing safe and clean environments that help our patients get well and return home as soon as possible.

Our Trust has a strong and supportive employee culture which offers flexible working arrangements backed up by dedicated management teams in all our core geographical areas.
