At EDM we have a set of employee values and behaviours that we've summariesed into something we call EDM PACTS. Our values mean somthing different to everyone who works here, while we have a set of values that we all share, we want them to feel personal to you too.

One EDM Leadership

Our Leadership team ensure the delivery on what they say they will, when they say they will with true accountabilty and owenership for all divisions of the business. They are empowered to lead and organise the successful delivery of our services. To support with this, we conduct a One EDM Leadership Development Programme.

Development Programme

ONE EDM leadership development programme, gathers together a number of our UK and USA leaders and emerging talent. This CEO sponsored programme brings our EDM leadership behaviours to life, improves financial understanding, strengthens personal impact and includes a team project challenge, that addresses real life business opportunities for growth.

Health and Safety is at the centre of our culture and is thread through our processes, facilities and adopted and prioritised by our teams. EDM provides a safe environment and we go beyond H&S to include wellbeing.

Through our wellbeing champions and multiple initiatives, we raise awareness of key physical and mental health issues along with activities for everyone to get involved in whether that be our virtual waking club, bake offs, or grow your own competitions.

EDM is committed to supporting our local communities though our charity fundraising activities. Our colleagues nominate a sponsored charity and host a variety of different events, raising money for good causes whist also having some fun along the way. From January 1st 2019, Cancer Research was selected by EDM colleagues to be our sponsored charity for the next two years up until 2021; since then we have hosted a number of charity events across the UK including…

So far as a team we have been able to raise a massive £5098.75. With great thanks to all colleagues here at EDM Group for the continued support and dedication. We will be continuing to raise money for such a worthy cause that has touched so many people.

Head of Development, EDM Group

I’m the Head of Development and have worked for EDM Group for 6 years. I manage the digitisation and digital development teams comprising of over 30 developers. My role is challenging but always very rewarding and I have really enjoyed the opportunities for growth in my career at EDM.

With a renewed focus on digital solutions it’s a very exciting time to be working in the digital space and growing the team. I’m involved in managing the development of a new capability called MailHub which is a cloud based communications platform that will replace outbound print processes for B2C enterprise organisations. I am also helping to drive some key system improvements such as modernising EDMonline, our hosted document management platform, as well as migrating our mortgage solutions to the cloud which means we get to work with very modern cloud native technologies.

I really enjoy working alongside very talented people to delivery truly innovative solutions to high profile clients in sectors such as automotive, insurance and financial services.

Project Manager, Digital EDM Group

I have worked for EDM for 6 years in the Project delivery space and for me the best thing is the people I work with. The relationships I have built and the teamwork I experience on a daily basis is the key driver for success and gives me the motivation to go that extra mile for our customers. It helps that the projects I have worked on are varied with each bringing a unique challenge to get my teeth into. The health and safety of Employees is EDM’s number one priority however employee engagement and development is a close second. I have recently been on a Leadership course that has given me the opportunity to develop myself further within my role.
