East Suffolk Council’s property team comprises over 40 property professionals. Together, they are responsible for helping deliver over a third of the council’s income. They do that by managing a diverse property portfolio – made up of commercial tenancies, operational buildings, car parks, beach huts, cafes, community spaces and leisure facilities. They are also responsible for the management of our two, purpose-built flagship headquarter buildings.
