At Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service, we are proud to serve the communities of Derbyshire in preventing, protecting, and responding to fires and other emergencies. We are ranked 39th in the Inclusive Top 50 Employers Index 2021, received ‘Outstanding Workplace’ Award 2021 from People Insight, and when inspected by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate for Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services (HMICFRS) we were awarded ‘Good’ overall, with ‘Outstanding’ for Values and Culture, making DFRS a fantastic place to work.
