Auto-Sleepers is one of the UK’s most iconic brands in the world of motorhomes. In fact, the Company made its’ first motorhome in the village of Willersey in 1961 and since then has gone on to produce motorhomes for markets across the globe.
We are proud to produce motorhomes that customers desire and aspire to. Indeed, we bring much joy and happiness to our customers. This is for the most part the second biggest purchase in our customers lives.
I joined the Company in 2002 with the remit of turning the Company around financially. Today we have never been financially more sound, with assets approaching £50M and a parent Company Trigano with a market capitalisation of Euro 1.5Bn.
Today we embark on a new phase of the evolution of Auto-Sleepers with a complete overall of our manufacturing processes and the building of a new factory. To that end I am looking for a Head of Manufacturing to take the lead role in this turnaround phase.
The successful applicant will report to me as CEO and will be empowered to make things happen, but all the time remembering to counsel advice. They must be a self-starter, natural leader, take ownership and of course have a sense of humour. This is not a position for someone who prefers to be office bound.
