Auto-Sleepers is a market leader in the UK for the manufacture and retailing of motorhomes and it continues to be a recognised converter of Mercedes, Fiat, Ford and Peugeot. It is part of the Trigano group which is the leading manufacturer of the motorhome market in Europe, Trigano offers many ranges of full-equipped and innovative vehicles which always provide the best equipment at the best price. With an industrial presence in the main European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and United Kingdom), Trigano offers a wide range of 25 brands, commercialised everywhere in Europe and covering every motorhome type: coach built, low profile, A-Class and vans.
Despite national lock downs/Covid impacts the new motorhome market has seen an increase of 36% in registrations. The groups order book is at its highest ever recorded and up from 2022. The Auto-Sleepers group meets its own working capital requirement through its own resources and is highly profitable and cash rich organisation. The Auto-Sleepers manufacturing division company turnover is £40M contributing 33% of the total group UK turnover.
It all started with the Trevelyan family and their two young sons, back in 1961, who were searching for a touring holiday with a difference. Resourcefully, they built their own motorhome based on a Morris J2 van, which took them to the South of France for their holidays.
