Due to a retirement, we are looking for a new Housing Finance Manager to join us. We believe it is an interesting time to join Winchester. We have an HRA with 5,000+ homes; a robust 30-year business plan; a newly-formed subsidiary Housing Company; and an ambitious new build programme that’s aiming for 1,000 new homes across the district.  So now is definitely an exciting time to be joining our team!

Our council has a balanced budget and a strong medium term financial strategy which is underpinned by an exciting programme of service transformation.  We’ve got our sights set on 2026 when we plan to be using digital technology to make our front-facing services accessible 24-7 and our back-office processes efficient.
