Our Headteacher, will play a crucial role in leading the school to deliver an ambitious and bespoke curriculum that inspires and challenges all learners. You will foster a culture of high expectations, ensuring excellent progress, high-quality teaching, and strong pastoral support for all students. Collaboration across the Endeavour MAT will be key, allowing you to work alongside other dedicated professionals who share our commitment to inclusion, achievement, and lifelong learning.
Salary
L27 – L31, starting salary negotiable dependent on experience.
Timeline
Closing date – 8am on Monday 31st March
Selection days – 9th April (pm) & 10th April (all day)
Start date – September 2025
