Integrity

Their consultants never mislead. They never tell a client that they have done something before, when they haven’t. However, they are continually succeeding with new technologies and solving new problems, so they understand and have confidence in their capabilities. So when they do tell clients that they can do things that they have never done before, they know they mean it. Clients trust them to make the latest technologies work and to solve unique problems. They know that they will not give up.

Openness

Their people are open and honest with each other and with clients, as far as individual privacy and commercial confidentiality allow.
