Our vision is of a health and care system that has excellent care at the heart of the community. We are the specialist provider of community health and care services to the people of Brighton and Hove and West Sussex and also provide some community health and care services to the people of East Sussex. Every day our expert teams provide medical, nursing, and therapeutic care.
We care for some of the most vulnerable people in our communities, from our health visitors caring for babies and young children through to our multi-disciplinary community teams caring for the elderly. In all we do, our work is driven by our vision of excellent care at the heart of the community.
Our aim is to deliver ‘the right services to the right people, in the right place, by the right people and at the right time, quality and cost'. We aim to do this by ensuring that we have in place the right strategies, structures, systems, staff and skills, all of which is underpinned by our shared values.
