If so, we would love to hear from you. We are recruiting for two key roles, an Operations Director and Projects Manager.

Sackers is a family owned and managed business, with revenues of over £50 million per year and a strategic plan to significantly grow over the coming years. These strong future growth and investment plans will increase our turnover and profit, we therefore are looking for excellent talent to fill these two new roles.

You will help the business deliver these goals that are integral to these big plans.

As a local business with a global reach, we are big enough to do things properly but small enough to care and maintain our family ethos and culture. We live by the values of being accountable, responsible, courageous, and generous with time and support to each other.

With around 100 staff and an incredibly low staff turnover, I think that speaks for itself and I am proud that we always encourage every member of staff to be the best of themselves and contribute the best they can to the business.

Alongside aiming to invest in better ways of doing what we do, we pride ourselves on being the sustainability experts and aim to recycle over 95% of the material we process. We have committed to being net zero by 2040 and we are entwining that into all our operations to make it a feasible task by then.
