Rushmoor Borough Council covers the borough of Rushmoor, which includes the towns of Aldershot and Farnborough in Hampshire, England. The borough spans approximately 39.2 square kilometers (15.1 square miles) and has a population of around 100,000 residents

It is responsible for a wide range of public services, including housing, planning, waste management, environmental health, and community development.

Rushmoor Borough Council's economy is shaped by its strong business environment, technological innovation, and strategic location in Hampshire. The borough, covering Aldershot and Farnborough, benefits from a mix of aerospace, defense, digital industries, and retail sectors.

The Council Delivery Plan 2025-26 sets out the Council’s priorities and the key projects and activities the council will take over the next year that contribute towards delivering the new strategic priorities.
