About Us

At Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, we are committed to working together to continue making our borough a great place to live, work and enjoy.

Over the last few years, we have worked alongside our partners to support our residents through the challenges brought by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, while continuing to deliver against our Reigate & Banstead 2025 plan objectives. From launching an extended social and events offer for all ages from our three community centres, to investing in new housing, retail and leisure facilities across the borough – including the opening of our new flagship development, The Rise in Redhill – there’s a lot that we’re proud of delivering for our borough. Working towards a greener future, our Environmental Sustainability Strategy and Action Plan commits the Council to making its own operations carbon neutral by 2030, and to supporting residents and local businesses to achieve carbon neutrality across the borough by 2050.
