About Us

Pendle Vale Core Values

Ambition

Means that everyone can be the best that they can be both students and staff.

Determination

Means that everyone will work hard and not give up.

Respect

Means that we recognise everyone is different, respect is mutual but not necessarily equal and we will support and teach children what respect looks like.

Learning is at the heart of all we do at Pendle Vale College. We engage our learners with a curriculum that recognises the different skills, knowledge and learning approaches of our students. We believe in equipping our learners for the demands of the modern world.

We challenge all members of our community to be the best that they can be. The challenge begins in the classroom with lessons that engage, excite and deliver progress to all our learners. Our Teaching and Learning is innovative, exciting and increasingly recognised beyond the local college community. Our expectations are high, achievement is non-negotiable.

Ofsted

Ofsted last visited us in November 2021 and confirmed that Pendle Vale remains a Good school. A copy of this Ofsted Report can be found on our college website.
