At Ius Laboris, we are proud to be, quite simply, the best global team of employment law firms anywhere in the world. We are also a fantastic place to work. Built up to be a close-knit alliance over 25 years of working together, we started out as a bunch of friends across just five countries. We have grown exponentially over the years to cover 57 countries in six continents – and the friendships have grown too. We meet every year for our annual Congress in May and our alliance is a big part of the life of everyone involved.

We are highly productive, but we take our duty to be supportive to all our employees very seriously. We spend our time not only advising on employment law and encouraging good practice, but we are also personally committed to creating a culture that promotes excellent workplace practice. This is reflected in our commitment to working together collaboratively on client projects and also on our own ESG activities.
