The Team

The central hub of Ius Laboris is our Central Team, which is mainly based in Brussels, but with remote workers also in Paris. It is managed by Sam Everatt, MD of Ius Laboris and consists of around 10 people who either work in the Content Team or in the Marketing & BD Team. The Content Team creates legal and business content on employment law developments and writes research pieces on the future of work with the help of lawyers from across the Alliance. The Marketing & BD Team ensures this content is hitting our target audiences and identifies business development opportunities for our firms from the contacts that are made through content.

Our content strategy is a key way for us to showcase our thought leaders in employment law. Our content team keeps on top of all the major developments in the workplace and the response from legislators to these global trends.

The Content Team is managed by Deborah Ishihara, Head of Content & Learning. Deborah has worked with Ius Laboris since 2009 and has been in her current position since 2017. The Marketing & BD Team is managed by Flo Dehon, who has been with the Alliance since 2022.
