Equality and diversity, together with fairness and social inclusion, are key to everything we do here at the Combined Authority. We have specific strands of work dedicated to these areas, and they’re built into the design of every piece of work we do too. Equality and inclusion are at the heart of our culture. We encourage and celebrate diversity and always make sure that there is equality of opportunity and treatment for all.
