We’re a large, multi-disciplined IT and digital function. You’ll find technical experts working alongside agile specialists, project managers and change leads. We juggle the day-to-day running of a large organisation, along with innovation, improvement and change. We employ people in a range of roles including technical specialists, cyber security, applications support, and digital development.

To help you settle into your role quickly and smoothly, we provide all new starters with a structured induction programme. You can also join our new starters’ network where you can meet other employees who have recently joined us.
In addition to regular one-to-one meetings with your manager, you will also have an annual performance review. This will give you the opportunity to discuss your career aspirations and the support you need to progress in your role.
