Role overview:
The Head of Operations & Finance at IPEM is a vital appointment for the institute and will play a key role in supporting the CEO to achieve the institute’s strategic aims. Working closely with the CEO and Board of Trustees, the HOOF provides leadership across finance, IT & HR and the wider organisation, ensuring robust financial control and compliance, strategic financial leadership, implementation and development of integrated systems and processes and will lead on major improvement projects across the organisation.
About you:
We are looking for a qualified accountant with experience of financial reporting, planning and compliance. You might be working within the charity sector or even within the science/ engineering/ technology sectors, but this is not essential, and we would welcome applications from a broad cross section of industries.
