Chief Executive Officer
Inspire Partnership
Multi Academy Trust

Welcome

Welcome

Thank you for taking the time to read our CEO recruitment pack. Having successfully led the Trust since its formation in 2016, our current CEO is due to take her planned retirement at the end of April 2024. We are now seeking to appoint her successor.

The Trustees wish to appoint an outstanding candidate for this very important role, who will have a track record of successful school improvement and leadership, together with significant primary school experience. The person appointed will be expected to further develop and grow the Trust as it moves forward.

The schools of the Inspire Partnership Multi Academy Trust have much autonomy but also work collaboratively to improve outcomes for all children in their care, providing them with the very best educational opportunities in order to give them better life chances. Our talented school leaders are exceptionally well supported in their task by the central team.

Since 2019, eight of our nine primary schools have been inspected by OFSTED and been judged as good. Prior to joining the Trust, one of them had previously been in special measures and another had received two notice to improve judgements. The school awaiting an inspection still sits on an outstanding judgement.

The Trust prides itself on having a working environment where everyone is valued and where opportunities and successes are shared. It is important that the successful candidate can lead the team with their energy, strong interpersonal skills and passion for excellence, which will require the promotion of best practice and the courage to challenge. If that is you then I encourage you to contact Martin Blair at Hays Leadership on 07736791138 or at martin.blair@hays.com for a private and confidential discussion about the opportunity.

If you are confident that you have the skills, drive and vision to make that a reality, we sincerely hope that you will apply.

John North
Chair of Trust Board
