The Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) team at the Housing Ombudsman Service is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary function driving innovation and excellence across 4 specialist areas: ICT enterprise, ICT solutions, information governance compliance, and information governance casework. Led by the Head of DDaT, the structure brings together talented professionals in cyber security, data architecture, systems administration, and governance, all working collaboratively to deliver secure, efficient, and forward-thinking digital services.
