How to apply

HOW TO APPLY

The application process is comprised of five parts and you must pass all stages in order to progress:

  1. Applicants will be asked to confirm they meet the eligibility requirements of this scheme by providing some basic personal information.
  2. Those who meet the requirements will be invited to sit a Verbal Reasoning Test which measures the ability to critically evaluate written information.
  3. Those who pass the Verbal Reasoning Test will be invited to sit a Situational Judgment test which measures your ability to demonstrate judgement and decision making.
  4. Those who pass the Situational Judgment Test will be invited to complete a Personal Statement (500 words – details below).
  5. Those who meet the required standard will be shortlisted for an interview which will focus on your strengths based on the essential criteria.

For your personal statement, please answer the below questions using the essential criteria (no more than 500 words). Your answers do not need to be work or study related.

  2. Tell us about your aspirations / goals?
 

Sift and interviews will take place in May.

Due to the current Covid19 situation video interviews will be held. If invited to interview further details will be provided.

To be eligible for this apprenticeship, applicants must:

  • Be over the age of 16 on the closing date for applications
  • Have a valid passport / birth certificate / residence permit and NI Number
  • Must not hold a similar degree or qualification in Business Admin
  • Must not be undertaking another apprenticeship at the same time
