A skills and learning programme that breaks down barriers:

  • Be set up for success: You’ll kickstart your new career with a thorough 12-week training bootcamp that will give you all the tools you need to succeed and earn industry recognised qualifications along the way.
  • Learn from the best: We’ll connect you with expert mentors who’ll provide unique coaching opportunities, whilst ensuring you work alongside seasoned professionals to maximise your development.
  • Future-proof your skill set: You’ll develop key digital and technology skills that will set you up for immediate success with your role and ensure you’re skilled for the future roles too.
  • Earn big rewards: Once you’ve completed the 2-year programme, you’ll receive a £5,000 bonus to celebrate your fast-tracked career path.
