8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday (45-minute lunch break) and 8.00am to 2pm on Fridays (no lunch break)

Your new role
Hasmonean High School for Girls is seeking a compassionate and committed SEND Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and helping them thrive both academically and personally.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and in-class support for students with SEND, including those with Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, and Global Developmental Delay.
  • Understand and respond to the unique challenges faced by students with additional needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support student progress and inclusion.


The ideal candidate will
  • Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
  • Have knowledge of common SEND conditions and the barriers they present.
  • Be confident in delivering tailored support sessions.
Full training will be given to help you understand the specific needs of the students you’ll be supporting.
