People and Organisation Development
The People and Organisation Development team is currently supporting Goldsmiths through a major change programme. It is a fast paced and challenging environment that will stretch your resilience and require you to be flexible. You will also be working collaboratively with collegiate colleagues in a small/medium diverse team where your role is central to the function of the department. The role would particularly suit someone who thrives on change and can find opportunities to learn and grow from complex situations.
The key focus of the role is to ensure the operations and data team run smoothly and efficiently, and that there is continuous improvement of processes thereby enhancing the employee experience. Important projects that the role will be involved in include: Academic Faculty and Professional Services Restructure, HESA, Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap, IR35, Industrial Relations Pay Deductions, UKVI Audit as well as other ad hoc tasks.
