Frontier Support Services (FSS) is a highly regarded employer within the Social Care sector (nominated twice for ‘Best Employer’ within Croydon), employing over 150 staff across South London. We have a long-established relationship with Hays, who have been selected to assist FSS in recruiting for this essential role.

This is an exciting time to join FSS as we enter a strong growth period with Local Authorities and CCG’s. Our ‘service’ is selling staff time to support vulnerable adults live independent lives within their local communities and accounts for 80% of our business expenditure. Therefore, we are seeking a strong accounting individual that will work with Regional Managers to maximise and deliver value for money to our business partners and support the finance department in delivering efficient management of employee and other costs.

This is a new post for FSS, but an essential part of our future plans. The role offers flexibility, independence and scope for an aspiring finance individual to not only demonstrate their abilities to deliver excellent financial support to the operations teams, but to think creatively to deliver on the promise to manage budgets and to use your experience to introduce or improve financial policies and procedures.
