About Frontier Support

Frontier Support was founded by a team of just five in 2006 to provide specialist care and support to people with a variety of needs including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Aspergers, Epilepsy, Mental & Physical Health issues and Challenging Behaviour.

They love what they do, and their aim is to help the people they support to live active and socially inclusive lives incorporating supported employment, life skills such as managing their own money, cooking and doing their food shopping and a range of leisure activities from sewing to sky diving.

Today, they have a sizeable team of wonderful people spread across support work, behavioural support and operational management. The Frontier Support team is well established and comprised of skilled and caring professionals at every level. They are registered with and regulated by the Care and Quality Commission (CQC).

Frontier Support have a clear structure that ensures their staff on the ground are best placed to deliver quality care to the people the support whilst the support functions and management team (overseen by their Board) provide all the relevant checks and measures and continue to develop the organisation.

They have an extremely robust staff training programme which ensures that their team members have all the tools required to help the people they support to live active and socially inclusive lives.
