About Us
Embrace Multi Academy Trust is a growing and inclusive mixed CE Multi Academy Trust, established in 2019, currently comprised of 10 Leicestershire based schools, which work collaboratively to promote and share good practice to raise educational outcomes for all of its children. We recognise and support the individual ethos of non-faith schools and are currently made up of seven Church of England primary schools, one community primary school and two Church of England secondary schools.
We support our schools through the work of our Central Team, allowing them to focus on their core purpose of teaching and learning.
We are passionate and supportive of our members at Embrace and wellbeing is a key priority, both for students and staff. We are committed to providing high-quality professional development and training opportunities for our members of staff and believe this is a key element to their professional growth and improving outcomes for children and young people.
We are an open and inclusive Trust and believe in working closely with parents, carers and communities. We believe that our schools should engage with and reflect the communities that they represent and serve.

The Trust exists to provide the best possible standards of education for all pupils within our schools. We achieve this by ensuring children learn through the provision of a high-quality curriculum and by developing our pupils as individuals, so they are fully equipped for life.
Our vision is to develop our pupils as individuals through our core purpose which is learning for life. We achieve this by working together as an inclusive trust across our Church of England and community schools, to reflect their communities that they represent and serve. We believe it is important to value and protect these elements of individuality and to celebrate the diversity of our schools, as we do with our pupils and member of staff.
