Thank you for your interest in the role of Trust Leader (CEO) at Embrace Multi Academy Trust. As the Chair of Trustees, I am delighted to introduce you to our Trust and share a little about who we are and what we stand for.

We are a growing and inclusive Church majority multi academy trust currently comprised of 10 schools based in Leicestershire, including both primary and secondary schools. Our schools work collaboratively to promote and share good practice, aiming to raise educational outcomes for all our children. At Embrace, we believe in the power of community and the importance of working closely with parents, carers, staff, pupils, and our wider stakeholders to ensure our schools reflect and serve the communities they represent.

As the senior executive leader in our Trust, the Trust Leader is responsible for providing effective leadership across all operations of the trust, ensuring our strategic priorities are met, and our vision, values, and ethos are at the heart of all we do. The role involves working closely with the Board of Trustees, the executive and central teams, headteachers and local governing committees across our schools to drive improvement and achieve the best possible outcomes for our students.

We are looking for an outstanding strategic and systems leader who can inspire and empower others, fostering a culture that bridges the gap between academic education and life skills. As Trust Leader you will be instrumental in developing partnerships with other local trusts, the local authority, and relevant stakeholders to enhance our provision and support our schools.
