Under my leadership, the service is responsible for a broad and critical remit, spanning asset investment planning, building and fire safety, and full compliance with health and safety regulations. We oversee the delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and key operational areas including damp and mould remediation and disrepair casework. With accountability for a c.£70 million budget, we are focused on not only maintaining essential services, but transforming how they are delivered—embedding efficiency, innovation, and resident-focused outcomes at every level.
