Job Overview:
Seeking an on-site IT
support resource in Milton Keynes to assist with laptop deployments. The role
involves configuring devices, updating asset records, and supporting users.
during setup.
- Location: MK7 8JU - Milton Keynes
- Contract: 14th Nov’25-31st Mar’26
- Mandatory check : SC Clearance
- Pay Rates: Umbrella Rate: £16.35/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company) PAYE Basic Rate: £12.6/hour
- Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday – Friday.
- Time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
A Security Cleared
(Minimum SC) First Line Analyst supporting delivery of a 24/7 x 365 service
working in rotating Early, Mid, Late shifts to cover 7am–7pm. The Analyst will
provide technical support and service delivery to Client customers.
Responsibilities include incident investigation and resolution, request
fulfilment, assisting with problem investigations, identifying and generating
support documentation, and technical coaching, ensuring adherence to agreed
standards and procedures.
Key Requirements:
Candidates must be SC
cleared.
