As a Tech Bar Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for users seeking technical support at the Tech Bar. You’ll deliver a customer experience resolving issues efficiently while building trust and rapport.

Our client is currently looking for
a recruit in joining their current team, below are the job details for your

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Location: Palestra House London
Working Hours : 08:00am to 4:30pm
Contract Duration: ASAP - 31-Mar-26
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide walk-up support and guidance to users with technical issues
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems in a timely manner
- Deliver clear, user-friendly explanations of technical solutions
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when needed
- Stay up to date with workplace technologies and service delivery standards
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
- Understand user requirements and guide them toward effective solutions
- Familiarity with workplace technologies including:
- Windows 7 / 10
- Microsoft Office 2016
- VPNs and remote access tools
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) environments

- A daily rate, in scope IR35, of £14.54 (PAYE) OR £18.87 (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company) .
