functioning of the department and a consistent experience for staff and
visitors.

Our client is currently looking for
a recruit in joining their current team, below are the job details for your
reference:

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Location: Hatfield Business Park, Hertfordshire AL109TW
Working Hours : 7:00am to 3:00pm
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide basic customer service to visitors and staff to ensure a consistent and positive experience
- Perform routine tasks as directed by the Line Manager to meet deadlines
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from the Line Manager to maintain service continuity
- Escalate service issues promptly to ensure customer requirements are met
- Ensure the department meets SLA (Service Level Agreement) performance targets
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate relevant FACE behaviours (Friendly, Accountable, Customer-focused, Effective)
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
- Basic administrative skills
- Ability to follow simple work instructions
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Applications
- Good interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

- A daily rate, in-scope IR35, of £ 12.67 (PAYE) OR £16.45 (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).
