As an Operative 1 with expertise in warehouse, you will collaborate with our client’s department. You will be responsible for Warehouse Operations.

Our client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team. Below are the job details for your reference:

Shifts:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide basic customer service to visitors and staff to ensure a consistent experience
- Performs routine tasks as directed by the line manager to ensure tasks are completed within
time
- Responding to ad-hoc tasks as requested by Line Manager to ensure service is not impacted
- Escalates service issues to line manager to ensure customer demands are met
- Ensure Department meets SLA performance targets
- Maintain & improve customer satisfaction levels
- Understand and adhere to policies and procedures
- Demonstrates relevant FACE behaviours
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Applications
- Able to follow simple work instructions
- Provides basic customer service
- Basic Administrative skills
- Good interpersonal skills, basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Previous Warehouse experience

Timings - Mon – Friday 11:00 – 19:00
Contract Duration - 3 months contract
Rates below
- £16.45/Hr through UMB in-scope IR35
- £12.67/Hr basic PAYE
- £14.39/Hr Premium PAYE
