Urgent opening for Warehouse Operative role in Hatfield

Your new role
We're excited to share a fantastic contract opportunity for a Warehouse Dispatch Operative to join a leading IT services and logistics provider based in Hatfield. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in logistics or warehouse operations, this could be the perfect role for you.

Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:00

Contract Duration:
6 Months

Pay Rate:
• £13.33/hr PAYE (after tax)
• £17.3/hr Umbrella

What you'll need to succeed

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatching via six courier platforms (UK & international)
  • Raising commercial invoices and managing SAP queues
  • Liaising with scheduling and producing end-of-day reports
  • Escalating issues effectively and maintaining 6S housekeeping standards
  • Generating manifests and sharing with internal teams

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in warehouse operations and ERP systems (SAP/WMCS preferred)
  • Export compliance knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent communication and timekeeping skills
  • Counterbalance FLT licence is an advantage.
