Location: Cardiff Business Park Llanishen - Cardiff

Pay Rate:

• £18.87 per hour via Umbrella
• £14.54 per hour via Hays PAYE

Work Schedule

Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:30

Contract Length: 5 months

We are seeking a flexible, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding mobile support team. You will play a key role in delivering IT support solutions to a number of high-profile clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support across various client locations within the designated region
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
• Deliver hardware break-fix services (training provided if necessary)
• Maintain and update service tickets accurately and promptly
• Participate in an on-call rota when required

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including:
• Windows 7, 10, and 11
• Microsoft 365 suite
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to obtain Government and individual customer security clearances
• Previous experience in hardware break-fix support
• Certifications or accreditations relevant to IT support (e.g., HP or similar)

In addition, you’ll have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and will be an enthusiastic and supportive colleague in an often-pressurised environment.
