Job Description:

3rd Line support
Support Windows 11 deployment project
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software systems.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.
Read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and system diagrams.
Install, configure, and test hardware and software components.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth rollout and minimal disruption to end users.
Maintain accurate service records and deployment documentation.
