Job Title: Technical Operative 1 Contract: 3-month rolling contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Security Clearance: Willing to undergo SC Clearance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Operative 1 to join our growing Configuration team, responsible for providing efficient IT configuration services. The ideal candidate will be competent at component level, self-sufficient, and able to manage workloads within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform software installations and configurations within an existing IT infrastructure or pre-designed project.
• Work with bespoke systems (training provided) and follow detailed scripts for system building.
• Ensure effective up-line reporting with strong communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
• Handle data input tasks (manual entry on spreadsheets, requiring keen attention to detail).
• Consolidate consignments for distribution, ensuring efficient coordination with team members.
• Manage pallet movement and work planning to align with operational demands.
• Maintain adherence to targets, SLAs, and effective time management.
• Perform boxing and unboxing of IT equipment.
