Responsibilities:
The
responsibilities focus on device migration and refresh activities, including:
• Setting
up a Refresh Clinic and moving devices as instructed.
• Logging
into systems under supervision.
• Refreshing
laptops and managing the handover of new devices to users.
• Updating
workflow management systems accurately.
• Reporting
and escalating issues during migration.
• Conducting
daily stock checks and organizing devices for disposal or refurbishment.
