Responsibilities:
• Assist
on various customer accounts such as MOD, MOJ, RR, and HSBC.
• Perform
hardware repairs, including stripping laptops and desktops.
• Provide
exceptional customer-facing support and service.
• Maintain
accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure
compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience:
Proficiency in Windows 10 or 11.
• Customer
Interaction: Proven customer-facing experience.
• Technical
Skills: Ability to strip and repair laptops/desktops.
• Mobility:
Own a vehicle with a clean driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Security
Clearance: SC clearance.
• Certifications:
HP, Dell, or Lenovo accreditations.
• Software
Skills: Experience with various software applications.
• Tech
Bar Knowledge: Understanding of Tech Bar operations.
Additional Information:
• Candidates
Must be willing to travel extensively within the Central region.
